1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Webia ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") when purchasing any service through webia.uk.
By purchasing a package or service from Webia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Services
Webia provides the following services:

The specific deliverables included in each service are outlined on the relevant service page at the time of purchase. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
4. Packages & Pricing
4.1 All prices displayed on webia.uk are in British Pounds (£) and are correct at the time of display. Webia reserves the right to update pricing at any time — changes will not affect orders already placed.
4.2 The prices shown are starting prices. Your final project price will be confirmed in writing before work begins, following your discovery call.
4.3 All packages are subject to a project brief and discovery call before design work commences.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any design work begins. This deposit secures your place in Webia's project schedule.
5.2 Final Payment The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before final files are released. Final files will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
5.3 Payment Methods Payment is accepted via Wix Payments, bank transfer, or any other method agreed in writing.
5.4 Late Payment If the final payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, Webia reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is made.
6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 Webia offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
6.2 To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase date and before the first design concepts have been presented to you.
6.3 Once design concepts have been presented, the 14-day money-back guarantee no longer applies. From this point, the deposit is non-refundable.
6.4 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to olivia@webia.uk. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
6.5 The 14-day guarantee does not apply to rush projects, custom quotes, or projects where work has commenced at the client's request before the 14-day period has elapsed.
7. Project Process & Timeline
7.1 Following purchase, you will receive a brand brief to complete and a link to book your discovery call. Design work will not commence until the brief has been received and the discovery call has taken place.
7.2 Estimated project timelines are provided as a guide only. Webia will make every effort to meet agreed timelines, however delays caused by late client feedback, incomplete briefs, or circumstances outside Webia's control may affect delivery dates.
7.3 If a client does not respond to feedback requests or communications for more than 14 consecutive days, Webia reserves the right to pause the project. The project will resume when communication is re-established.
7.4 If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to lack of client response, Webia reserves the right to cancel the project. In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
8. Revisions
8.1 Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined on the service page at the time of purchase.
8.2 A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single communication. Multiple separate feedback messages do not constitute a single revision round.
8.3 Revisions must be requested within 5 working days of concepts being presented. Requests submitted after this period may be treated as a new revision round.
8.4 Revisions are limited to adjustments within the agreed design direction. Requests to start over with a completely new concept or direction may incur additional charges.
8.5 Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your package are available at £75 per round.
9. Client Responsibilities
9.1 You agree to provide all information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to allow the project to progress as planned.
9.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, text, or materials you provide to Webia do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
9.3 You confirm that you have the legal right to use any brand name, trading name, or business identity for which branding is being created.
9.4 Webia is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the use of names, logos, or brand elements that infringe existing trademarks or intellectual property rights. It is your responsibility to conduct trademark searches before finalising your brand identity.
10. Intellectual Property & Ownership
10.1 Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights for the final approved deliverables transfer to you, the client.
10.2 Until full payment has been received, all designs, concepts, and materials created by Webia remain the intellectual property of Webia.
10.3 Rejected concepts, unused designs, mood boards, and working files remain the property of Webia and are not included in the final delivery unless specifically agreed in writing.
10.4 Webia retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
10.5 Webia may use your brand name and project images for promotional purposes including social media posts, website portfolio, and case studies. If you would prefer your project to remain confidential, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Webia agrees to keep all information shared by the client during the project strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
11.2 This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already publicly available.
12. Cancellations
12.1 You may cancel your project at any time by notifying Webia in writing at olivia@webia.uk.
12.2 If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before design concepts have been presented, you are eligible for a full refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
12.3 If you cancel after design concepts have been presented, the deposit paid is non-refundable. You will not be charged the remaining balance.
12.4 Webia reserves the right to cancel a project if the client behaves in an unreasonable, abusive, or disrespectful manner toward Webia staff. In this case, a partial refund may be issued at Webia's discretion based on work completed.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Webia's total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.
13.2 Webia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of the deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
13.3 Webia does not guarantee any specific business results, increased revenue, or client acquisition as a result of branding or web design services provided.
14. Websites & Third-Party Platforms
14.1 Where website design or development is included in a project, Webia will build on the platform agreed during the discovery call — typically Wix.
14.2 Ongoing hosting, domain, and platform subscription fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in Webia's project fees.
14.3 Webia is not responsible for any changes made to the website by the client or third parties after delivery.
14.4 Webia is not responsible for platform outages, updates, or changes made by third-party platforms such as Wix that affect the website after delivery.
15. Satisfaction Guarantee
15.1 Webia is committed to delivering work you are proud of. We will work with you through the agreed revision process to refine the designs until they meet the brief.
15.2 The satisfaction guarantee applies to the design process — it does not guarantee any specific business outcome or result.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to These Terms
Webia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your project. Updated terms will be published at webia.uk/terms.
